Centre for Technology Partnerships, Danish Technological Institute is designated for the program operator and is together with the AU Outreach, Aarhus University responsible for initiating, supporting and managing the networks and the selected projects - both academically and culturally. Implementation takes place in collaboration with Commerce and Development Councils in Central Region Denmark, Innovation Center Denmark in Shanghai and the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission.
